Polar Animals

Fun Friday, exploring polar animals.  Nature walk, reading interesting facts about these creatures, then writing about it.  We created polar landscapes and talked about cool colors, and made animals to add to them.  Then, most fun, BLUBBER exploration!  Who knew fat could be so helpful!  Lol. 

Christmas Party!

Math Fun

We spent part of our math block today solving word problems in small groups.  These kiddos amazed me with their thinking and problem solving skills.  Not to mention, how well they worked as a team!
